Construction Law: Labor & Employment

Crowell & Moring's Labor and Employment Group's experience spans a wide spectrum from handling complex class and individual employment litigation, to providing advice on day to day employment law issues, to assisting companies with labor law problems.

The group has extensive experience litigating and counseling our construction clients on a wide range of labor and employment issues including preemption, double-breasting issues, project labor agreements, and collective bargaining. We have developed a national reputation for handling union organizing campaigns as well as addressing secondary boycotting issues, strikes, picketing and the publicity proviso.

We provide expert advice regarding wage-hour compliance and Davis Bacon Act compliance. We also have a premiere practice in affirmative action compliance, and successfully representing our clients in Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) audits.
