It's not just what we do. It's what we do differently.

Construction Law: Bidding (Preparation, Substitution, Protests)

Clients often call on us for guidance through the unavoidable labyrinth of laws and regulations involved in the public bidding process. The smallest error can result in a bid being deemed nonresponsive, and we therefore pride ourselves on our knowledge of the intricacies of public project bidding law at both the federal and state levels. Post-award substitutions present their own unique problems in federal, state, and local construction projects, and we are prepared to help clients through this process as well.

When a project award results in a bid protest, we have the knowledge and firepower to pursue or defend what are often aggressive, accelerated proceedings.
