A cornerstone of our practice is helping clients develop policies to maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws. We provide training for managers and supervisors in diversity and EEO compliance issues. We have designed and implemented effective sexual harassment training programs. We have extensive experience in helping companies design corporate restructuring efforts, including planning for reductions in force.

We also assist our clients in solving labor and employment issues presented by mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of corporate transactions. Our recent experience includes assisting a major oil company with its acquisition of several unionized pipeline operations.
