It's not just what we do. It's what we do differently.

Energy Savings Contracts

We regularly represent companies that provide energy or energy services to the government under a range of unusual contracts, including:

  • Energy Savings Performance Contracts ("ESPCs"), under which energy services contractors ("ESCOs:) provide energy management services to the federal government in exchange for a share of the savings achieved
  • Areawide Contracts, under which utilities provide a range of energy and energy management services to the federal government
  • DoD Utility Privatization Program, under which each US military department will transfer to "a utility company or other entity" the ownership and operation of most of its utility systems, which include electricity, water, gas, telecommunications, and wastewater collections and treatment
