International Energy Law - Electric Generation Projects
We are project counsel to three separate business entities on their Latin American projects to develop natural gas-fired electric generation projects ranging in size up to 400 megawatts. It is anticipated that the projects will be financed on a non-recourse basis and that gas supply and transportation issues will be critical factors to the commercial feasibility of the projects. We are also advising an owner and project developer on several hydroelectric projects in Mexico.
