Another area of our international energy experience involves the representation of the operator of a private sector consortium on exploration, development, production, and transportation of hydrocarbons with respect to the largest such project in Ecuador. This work has entailed advice concerning the terms and conditions of a production sharing agreement covering the project acreage and the importation of oil drilling and related equipment.
