We advised a net profit interest owner in certain production fields in Bangladesh with respect to all aspects of the relevant production sharing contracts, payment agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and joint operating agreements. We also negotiated the settlement and resolution of the owner's interests in such fields in connection with the purchase and sale of the majority working interest owner's participation.
