A couple of years ago, Jenna Greene, my predecessor here at the Litigation Daily, singled out the annual “Litigation Forecast” from Crowell & Moring as “one of the best” publications in all of Big Law.

As someone who makes my way through an inordinate number of law firm client alerts, I have to say Jenna was spot on. Beyond the glossy, magazine-style treatment, the forecast consistently picks interesting topics and digs in deep. Last year, for instance, the firm took a look at ways courts were forced to adapt during the pandemic. This year, in its tenth annual forecast released just last week, the firm focuses on issues at the intersection of technology, litigation and intellectual property.
