Crowell & Moring's Diversity Council
The Diversity Council promotes and coordinates all programs relating to diversity in the firm. It is made up of a diverse group of lawyers from all U.S. offices , as well as other Crowell & Moring professionals. All of our members are active in various aspects of firm and community life. A number of our members are chairs or members of other firm committees, including the Lawyer Development, Recruiting, Summer Program, and Public Service Committees; others are practice group leaders or active participants in diversity affinity groups; and still others are active in various diversity-related community organizations. Our members include:
Leadership
- Jennifer Waters (Co-Chair), chair of the Recruiting Committee; member of the Finance Committee, Summer Program Committee, Lawyer Development Committee, Professional Development Committee, Visiting International Scholars Program Committee, and Women Attorneys' Network Steering Committee;
- M. Kay Martin (Co-Chair), serves on Crowell & Moring's Women Attorneys' Network Steering Committee and is a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area and the University of San Francisco Women Lawyers Committee;
- Monica Parham, firm diversity counsel, member of the Women Attorneys' Network Steering Committee and the Summer Program Committee; member of the board of directors of the Women's Bar Association of the District of Columbia; co-chair of the Marketing and Networking Committee of the DuPont Minority Counsel Network; and member of the Association of Law Firm Diversity Professionals.
