Crowell & Moring was founded by a small group of lawyers who left a large corporate firm because they believed in doing things differently. Our culture is perhaps best illustrated by the stunning fountain that stands in our lobby. It's a constant reminder not to take ourselves too seriously. The reason? Years ago, we arrived at work to find someone had left a rubber duck floating in it. Since then, the duck population has grown, along with our sense of humor.
